Bonacca Town, also known as The Cay, is the main community on Guanaja Island in Honduras. This picturesque place lies about 300 meters off the island’s southeast coast. It sits on a small island of less than 100 acres. Originally, two separate cays were connected by a dock. Residents later expanded it by manually adding rocks and sand.
