Bilingual Assistant

ROATANRES is seeking a Bilingual Assistant with a professional and charismatic demeanor to join our team. This role plays a key function in handling incoming English-language calls, ensuring smooth and effective communication with our English-speaking clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls from English-speaking clients.
- Provide assistance and support in English, effectively resolving inquiries and concerns.
- Accurately record and document customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings as needed.
- Translate documents, emails, and other materials from Spanish to English and vice versa.
- Handle email correspondence and phone communications in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing documents and maintaining organized records.
- Follow company procedures and protocols to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
Skills:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs.
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to different communication styles.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
