ROATANRES is seeking a Bilingual Assistant with a professional and charismatic demeanor to join our team. This role plays a key function in handling incoming English-language calls, ensuring smooth and effective communication with our English-speaking clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls from English-speaking clients.
  • Provide assistance and support in English, effectively resolving inquiries and concerns.
  • Accurately record and document customer interactions in the system.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings as needed.
  • Translate documents, emails, and other materials from Spanish to English and vice versa.
  • Handle email correspondence and phone communications in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing documents and maintaining organized records.
  • Follow company procedures and protocols to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in problem-solving and continuous process improvement.

Skills:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs.
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to different communication styles.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
